01 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and beras11 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the beras11 website located at beras11.cam and all associated services, tools, games, promotions and content offered therein.

beras11 operates as an English-language gaming information and entertainment platform directed at Malaysian users. By creating an account, accessing any page of the beras11 platform, or using any service provided, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and unconditionally agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use beras11.

03 Account Eligibility

To register and use a beras11 account, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and continuously throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must not have had a previous beras11 account that was closed, suspended or terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

beras11 reserves the right to request verification of eligibility at any time and to suspend access pending the completion of that verification. Where eligibility cannot be confirmed, beras11 may close the relevant account and return any verified balance in accordance with applicable withdrawal procedures, subject to deduction of any bonus funds or amounts under investigation.

04 Registration and KYC Verification

4.1 Account Registration

Each User may hold only one registered account on beras11. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, payment methods, devices, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all related accounts may be suspended, balances forfeited, and pending withdrawals cancelled pending investigation.

You must provide accurate, complete and current information during registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identity document, a valid email address, and your date of birth. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information at all times.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your beras11 login credentials, including your username, password and any one-time verification codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party. beras11 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain appropriate security over your login details.

4.3 KYC Requirements

beras11 is required to conduct identity verification (KYC) as a condition of processing withdrawal requests and, in some cases, deposit transactions above certain thresholds. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A valid Malaysian identity document, such as your MyKad, Malaysian driving licence, or passport.
• Proof of address, such as a utility bill or official bank statement issued within the previous three months, showing your name and residential address.
• A clear selfie holding your identity document, with your face and relevant document details visible.
• Evidence of payment ownership, such as a screenshot of an eWallet profile or bank account statement, where the name and account number match your registered beras11 profile.

Documents must be submitted through the designated secure area of your beras11 account. Submission of altered, forged or third-party documents will be treated as fraud and may result in permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities.

05 Terms of Use

By using beras11, you agree to use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You acknowledge and accept that:

• Gambling outcomes on beras11 are determined by chance and/or the result of real-world sporting events. beras11 does not guarantee any specific outcome, return or profit.
• Past game results or sporting outcomes do not predict future results.
• You are solely responsible for all wagers placed on your account, whether or not you authorised a specific bet.
• beras11 reserves the right to refuse any bet or limit stake amounts at its discretion, including in cases of suspected value betting, system exploitation, or unusual wagering patterns.
• Platform access may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances outside beras11's reasonable control.

06 Deposits and Payments

beras11 accepts deposits via a range of Malaysia-facing payment methods, which may include FPX, DuitNow, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost and GrabPay. Payment method availability, minimum deposit amounts and processing times are subject to change and should be confirmed in the current account cashier at the time of transacting.

All deposits must be made from accounts or payment instruments held in your own name. Third-party deposits, including payments made on behalf of another person, are not permitted. beras11 reserves the right to reverse or withhold funds received from unverified or non-matching sources.

beras11 does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your bank or eWallet provider may apply their own transaction charges. beras11 accepts no responsibility for such third-party fees.

07 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the qualifying deposit wherever technically possible. beras11 may require additional documentation before processing a withdrawal where fraud, money laundering risk, or unusual account activity is suspected.

Standard withdrawal processing times are indicative and may vary based on payment method, account verification status and current volumes. Withdrawals of bonus-derived winnings are subject to the turnover requirements applicable to the relevant bonus.

• Withdrawal requests may be reviewed and processed within one to five business days, depending on the payment method and verification status of your account.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are specified in the cashier section of your account and are subject to change.
• beras11 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence reviews on withdrawal requests of significant value, which may extend the processing timeline.
• Where funds are found to have been deposited through fraudulent means, beras11 will withhold the relevant withdrawal and report the matter to appropriate authorities.

08 Bonuses and Promotions

beras11 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload bonuses, VIP tier rewards, migration bonuses and other promotional incentives from time to time. All offers are subject to individual promotional terms, which will be made available at the point of offer. General bonus principles include:

• Each promotional offer specifies its own minimum deposit, wagering requirement, qualifying game types, maximum bet per round while bonus is active, and expiry date.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived funds become eligible for withdrawal. Failure to meet requirements within the stated period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Bonus funds may not be transferable and may carry different balance-treatment rules to real-money funds.
• beras11 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any offer at any time. Offers already accepted and in progress will be honoured under the terms active at the time of acceptance.
• Abuse of promotional offers, including but not limited to multi-accounting, collusion, arbitrage betting, or exploiting bonus structures through low-risk hedging strategies, is prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of associated funds.

VIP programme perks, including tier-specific cashback, birthday bonuses and monthly incentives, are governed by the beras11 VIP Programme terms applicable to each tier. Tier qualification is based on monthly real-money turnover and does not guarantee any specific bonus value.

09 Gameplay Rules

All games and sports markets available on beras11 are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within the relevant game interface or sports market panel. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the more specific game rules shall prevail for matters relating exclusively to that game or market.

Sports betting results are determined by the final score or official outcome of the relevant event as confirmed by the governing body or official data provider used by beras11. In-play market settlements may be delayed pending official confirmation. beras11 will not be liable for errors in market settlement that are corrected within a reasonable time following an event.

Where a technical malfunction or software error affects the outcome of a game or bet, beras11 reserves the right to void the affected round or wager and return the relevant stake to the user's wallet. No claim for compensation beyond the returned stake will be entertained in such circumstances.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on beras11 and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration, KYC or any communication with beras11.
• Creating or using more than one beras11 account, whether directly or through a connected party.
• Depositing funds obtained through unlawful activity, including proceeds of crime or unauthorised financial instruments.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts or software to interact with the Platform without express written authorisation from beras11.
• Exploiting software bugs, game glitches or pricing errors for financial gain. Any winnings derived from a known error will be voided.
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, or any coordinated activity designed to manipulate game outcomes or financial flows on the Platform.
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes after using beras11 services.
• Attempting to access accounts, systems or data belonging to other Users or to beras11 without authorisation.
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment, including commercial betting services or social wagering on behalf of third parties.

11 Account Suspension and Closure

beras11 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its reasonable discretion, including where:

• A breach of these Terms is identified or reasonably suspected.
• KYC verification cannot be completed within a reasonable timeframe or documents provided are found to be invalid.
• Unusual, suspicious or potentially fraudulent account activity is detected.
• Regulatory obligations require beras11 to suspend or report an account.
• The User requests voluntary self-exclusion or a cooling-off period through the Responsible Gambling tools.

Where an account is closed due to a Terms breach, beras11 may retain any balances for a period sufficient to complete investigations and settle any outstanding claims. Verified real-money balances not subject to dispute may be returned to the User's verified payment method at beras11's discretion.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, beras11 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or exemplary losses or damages arising from:

• Any interruption, suspension or unavailability of the Platform.
• Loss of winnings, profits or anticipated savings attributable to technical errors, connectivity failures, or system outages.
• Unauthorised access to a User's account resulting from the User's failure to maintain secure credentials.
• Decisions made by the User based on game or sports market information provided on the Platform.
• Third-party payment provider errors, delays or service outages that affect deposit or withdrawal processing.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Malaysian law.

13 Privacy and Data

beras11 processes personal data, including identity information, contact details, device data and transactional records, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

beras11 will not sell, rent or transfer your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data shared with payment processors, KYC service providers and regulatory bodies is shared solely for the purposes of operating the Platform and meeting legal obligations.

14 Amendments to These Terms

beras11 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, reasonable notice will be provided to registered Users via the email address associated with their account or through a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of beras11 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree with any amendment, you should cease use of the Platform and close your account.

15 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Users of beras11 are responsible for ensuring their use of the Platform complies with all laws and regulations applicable in their jurisdiction, including but not limited to those in Malaysia. beras11 makes no representation that its services are appropriate or legally available in any particular jurisdiction.

Nothing in these Terms creates any obligation on beras11 to provide services in any jurisdiction where doing so would be unlawful.
